Billing and Usage

Choose a plan, open the Stripe portal, and review document, search, and agent usage in the console.

Open Billing & Usage from the avatar menu (/billing). Plan manages subscription. Usage (/billing?tab=usage) shows consumption.

If the console is blocked with Subscription required, the trial ended or a payment failed. Choose a plan or update the payment method here before Indexes and the rest of the tenant console will load. New self-serve subscriptions include a 14-day trial when that offer is enabled.

Plan

  • See the current plan name and included catalog records and discovery requests.
  • Subscribe, Upgrade, or Change plan starts Stripe Checkout.
  • Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for payment method and invoices.
  • Enterprise or contact-sales plans may not offer self-serve upgrades in the app.

Plan rules can block extra indexes, merchandising, integrations, and catalog crawls that would exceed document quota. Qualitative constraints: Service limits.

Usage

Usage charts and daily breakdowns cover search requests, agent/discovery requests, and related counters for a date range (last day, 7/30/90 days, or custom). Time zone for timestamps comes from Profile.

Use this tab when you need to explain overage or confirm a crawl is within document limits before importing.
