Added a Console section for operator workflows in the SuggestAPI web app: indexes, catalog import (files, Google Shopping CSV, 1-click crawl), documents, tasks, search index settings, merchandising, test search, agent content (including domain verification), search serving, and billing.

Existing feature and API pages now point at those console guides where the job is done in the app.
